OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the resolution of the Government Council dated November 14, 1945 establishing the Ministry of Agriculture;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17-SL dated February 16, 1947 establishing the Land Reclamation and Resettlement Office;
At the request of the Ministry of Agriculture,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
The Land Reclamation and Resettlement Office under the Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for implementing resettlement, land development activities to reclaim or protect and restore state-owned wastelands or lands that have been reclaimed but are currently abandoned.
Article 2
The Ministry of Agriculture will issue necessary decrees and circulars to specify in detail the programs and plans for all cases of land reclamation and land development.
Article 3
The Minister of Agriculture is authorized to implement this Decree.
