BASED ON DECREE NO. 15/CP OF MARCH 2, 1993, ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT, WHICH DEFINES THE TASKS, POWERS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STATE MANAGEMENT OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL.
BASED ON DECREE NO. 96/CP OF DECEMBER 7, 1993, ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT, WHICH DEFINES THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, INVALIDS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS.

Article 1: ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE TEMPORARY LIST OF "OCCUPATIONS AND JOBS THAT ARE ESPECIALLY HEAVY, DANGEROUS, AND TOXIC" AND "OCCUPATIONS AND JOBS THAT ARE HEAVY, DANGEROUS, AND TOXIC".
Article 2: WORKERS ENGAGED IN THE OCCUPATIONS AND JOBS MENTIONED IN ARTICLE 1 SHALL BE ENTITLED TO LABOR PROTECTION REGIMES, WAGES, AND SOCIAL INSURANCE AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE LABOR CODE AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LABOR CODE.
Article 3: THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 1995. FOR OCCUPATIONS AND JOBS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ATTACHED LIST, MINISTRIES AND SECTORS MUST REVIEW AND PREPARE A LIST TO SUBMIT TO THE JOINT BOARD OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, INVALIDS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS AND THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH FOR ISSUANCE.
