Issuing the Regulation on the Detection and Handling of Uncontrolled Radiation Sources

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Radiation Safety and Control Ordinance dated June 25, 1996;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on the Detection and Handling of Uncontrolled Radiation Sources.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Minister of Science and Technology is responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
