Regarding the revocation and cancellation of Decision No. 09/2007/QD-BNV dated December 5, 2007 of the Minister of Home Affairs on issuing the vocational standards for ranks of civil servants in the Physical Education and Sports sector

Based on the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996 and Law No. 02/2002/QH11 dated December 16, 2002 amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/ND-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant and Public Official Department and the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby revoke and cancel Decision No. 09/2007/QD-BNV dated December 5, 2007 of the Minister of Home Affairs on issuing the vocational standards for ranks of civil servants in the Physical Education and Sports sector.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central city authorities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
