Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và tổ chức bộ máy của Bộ Văn hóa - Thông tin;

Pursuant to Article 34 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam dated April 15, 1992;

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 14/LCT-HĐNN on the protection and utilization of historical, cultural, and scenic sites promulgated on April 4, 1984 by the State Council of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Article 42 of the Land Law of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam promulgated by the State Council on January 6, 1988 regarding the management and use of land for heritage sites;

Upon reviewing the dossier of heritage sites and the proposal from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Tinh, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, Nam Ha, Nghe An, Ha Bac, Thanh Hoa, Hai Hung, Binh Thuan, Can Tho, Long An, Bac Thai, Thua Thien Hue, Ha Tay, and the proposal from the Director of the Museum Conservation Bureau;

 

DECISION:

Article 1. Now recognize 52 historical, cultural, and scenic sites as follows:

Province of Ha Tinh: 1 site

01- Artistic Site: Vo Temple - Tan Giang Ward, Ha Tinh City, Ha Tinh Province. Province of Lao Cai: 1 site

02- Historical Site: Den Thượng - Lao Cai Ward, Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province. Province of Lai Chau: 1 site

03- Scenic Site: Hang Tien Son Cave - Binh Lu Commune, Phong Tho District, Lai Chau Province. Province of Nam Ha: 2 sites

04- Historical and Architectural-Artistic Site: An Xa Communal House - Thanh Tuyen Commune, Thanh Lien District, Nam Ha Province.

05- Architectural-Artistic Site: Vinh Lai Pagoda-Temple - Vinh Hao Commune, Vu Ban District, Nam Ha Province. Province of Nghe An: 2 sites

Article 2. All construction and exploitation activities are strictly prohibited within the protected areas of relics that have been delineated. In exceptional cases where land use is required within historical, cultural, and scenic sites, permission from the Minister of Culture and Information must be obtained.

Article 3. People's Committees at all levels shall exercise state management over historical, cultural, and scenic sites in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Museum Conservation Department, the Chairmen of the People's Committees, and the Directors of the Departments of Culture and Information in Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Tinh Province, Lao Cai Province, Lai Chau Province, Nam Ha Province, Nghe An Province, Ha Bac Province, Thanh Hoa Province, Hai Hung Province, Binh Thuan Province, Can Tho City, Long An Province, Bac Thai Province, Thua Thien Hue Province, and Ha Tay Province are responsible for implementing this Decision.
