THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to the Law on Health Protection for the People dated June 30, 1989;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/ND-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Preventive Medicine Department of Vietnam;
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Regulation on recognizing the titles "Healthy Family", "Healthy Village", "Healthy Ward", and "Healthy Community" shall be promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and promulgation.
Article 3. The Director of the Preventive Medicine Department of Vietnam shall be responsible for organizing and directing the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Preventive Medicine Department of Vietnam - Ministry of Health, Heads of units under the Ministry of Health, Directors of Provincial Health Departments directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
