Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Information and Communications and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group,
DECISION:
Article 1. Revoke Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 370/QD-TTg dated April 10, 2008 of the Prime Minister on units under the Ministry of Information and Communications.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Minister of Information and Communications, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, relevant agencies, organizations, units, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
