THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Circular No. 4245/VPCP-ĐMDN dated August 29, 2003 of the Government Office on the transfer of Binh Dinh Export Textile and Garment Company to become a member of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer Binh Dinh Export Textile and Garment Company (under the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province) to become an independent accounting member of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation.
Binh Dinh Export Textile and Garment Company shall carry out shareholding reform at the beginning of 2005.
Article 2. Entrust Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation to coordinate with the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province to organize the implementation of the transfer of Binh Dinh Export Textile and Garment Company in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Management, the General Director of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, and the Director of Binh Dinh Export Textile and Garment Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
