THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
- Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 178-CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government regarding the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Financial Policy Department; Heads of units under and directly under the Ministry;
DECISION:
Article 1. Announces the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Finance up to December 31, 2000 that have ceased to be legally effective, been abolished, or replaced by other documents, comprising 138 documents (List attached).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 3. The ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial people's committees under the direct control of the central government, and units subordinate to or directly under the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
