PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
At the proposal of the Director of the National Natural Sciences and Technology Center and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Institute of Environmental Technology under the National Centre for Natural Sciences and Technology is established. The Institute of Environmental Technology shall have its own seal, separate accounts, and its headquarters shall be located in Hanoi City.
Article 2. The Director of the National Centre for Natural Sciences and Technology shall stipulate the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Institute of Environmental Technology.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Director of the National Centre for Natural Sciences and Technology and the Minister of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision.
