THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the directive of the Prime Minister as stated in Circular No. 3808/VPCP-VX dated August 6, 2003 of the Government Office on the transfer of the Textile and Garment Hospital under the Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation to the management of Phu Tho Province;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation and the agreement of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province regarding the acceptance of the Textile and Garment Hospital in Phu Tho as stated in Notification No. 61/TB-CT dated July 4, 2003 of the Office of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer the Textile and Garment Hospital in Phu Tho under the Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation to the management of Phu Tho Province.
Article 2. The Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation shall be responsible for organizing the handover of the original state of technical facilities, assets, organizational structure, and other related issues of the Textile and Garment Hospital in Phu Tho to the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province in accordance with current legal regulations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Management and the General Director of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, the Director of Vinh Phu Textile Company, and the Director of the Textile and Garment Hospital in Phu Tho are responsible for implementing this Decision.
