DECREE
On the Charter on Organization and Operation of
State Capital Investment Corporation
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Investment Law dated November 26, 2014;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 26, 2014;
Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of State Capital for Investment in Production and Business at Enterprises dated November 26, 2014;
Pursuant to Decree No. 151/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 1, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, and operational mechanisms of the State Capital Investment Corporation, and Decree No. 147/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2017 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 151/2013/NĐ-CP;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;
The Government promulgates this Decree on the Charter on Organization and Operation of the State Capital Investment Corporation.
Article 1. This Decree promulgates the Charter on Organization and Operation of the State Capital Investment Corporation.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decree No. 57/2014/NĐ-CP dated June 16, 2014 of the Government on the Charter on Organization and Operation of the State Capital Investment Corporation.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of governmental agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal people's committees under central government jurisdiction; Members of the Board of Directors, General Director of the State Capital Investment Corporation shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
