Issuing the Priority Development List for Supporting Industrial Products

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the High Technology Law No. 21/2008/QH12 dated November 13, 2008;

Pursuant to Decision No. 49/2010/QD-TTg dated July 19, 2010 of the Government Chairman on approving the list of high technology fields prioritized for investment development and the list of high technology products encouraged for development;

Pursuant to Decision No. 12/2011/QD-TTg dated February 24, 2011 of the Government Chairman on policies for developing certain supporting industries;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Priority Development List for Supporting Industrial Products is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. Projects producing supporting industrial products listed in Article 1 of this Decision shall be considered for appropriate support mechanisms as provided for in Article 4 of Decision No. 12/2011/QD-TTg dated February 24, 2011 of the Government Chairman on policies for developing certain supporting industries.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
