DECREE NO. 149/1999/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 20, 1999 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT APPROVING THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS AND NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF HAA GIANG PROVINCE FOR THE 1999-2004 TERM
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Agency of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of fifty-one (51) provincial People's Council deputies, twenty-one (21) electoral units, and the number of deputies to be elected in each electoral unit for the Ha Giang Provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province, the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Agency of the Government, and the Minister - Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
