THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 73-NN-TCCB/QD dated January 23, 1996 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the establishment of the Ha Noi Special Forest Products Company under the Vietnam Timber Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Timber Corporation at Circular No. 1620 TCT/TCLD/CV dated October 1, 1999;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. - Supplementing business activities for the Ha Noi Special Forest Products Company under the Vietnam Timber Corporation:
Hotel Business Tourism Services, Cultural Services
Article 2. - The General Director of the Ha Noi Special Forest Products Company is responsible for registering the additional production and business activities according to current regulations.
Article 3. - THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. - The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the General Director of the Vietnam Timber Corporation, and the General Director of the Ha Noi Special Forest Products Company are responsible for implementing this decision.
