Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Letter No. 4027 BNN/TCKT dated November 4, 1999);

Article 1. The fee for visiting Bach Ma National Park is as follows:
- Admission ticket to visit the central area (adults): 10,000 VND per ticket per visit
- Admission ticket to visit the central area (children): 5,000 VND per ticket per visit
- Admission ticket to other visiting points: 2,000 VND per ticket per visit.
Article 2. The collection, payment, and management of the visiting fees at Bach Ma National Park shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Government Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 on fees and charges under the State budget and Circular No. 54/1999/TT-BTC dated May 10, 1999 guiding implementation.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, the management agency of Bach Ma National Park assigned by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to organize the collection of visiting fees at Bach Ma National Park, and relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
