Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 9305/SĐH dated October 16, 2002, and the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology in Document No. 67/BKHCN-TCCBKH dated September 9, 2002,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigning the task of training master's degree programs to Ho Chi Minh City University of Transportation.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and specify the majors for training master's degree programs for Ho Chi Minh City University of Transportation.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
