DECREE

Regarding the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Petroleum Law 2003 and the amended and supplemented Petroleum Law in 2000 and 2008;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012, of the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 99/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2012 on the delegation and decentralization of rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the State owner towards state-owned enterprises and state capital invested in enterprises;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;

The Government promulgates the Decree on the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group,

Article 1. Attached hereto is the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group.

Article 2. This Decree takes effect from December 20, 2013.

Repeals the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group issued together with Decision No. 190/QĐ-TTg dated January 29, 2011 of

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group are responsible for implementing this Decree.
