CIRCULAR
Regarding National Technical Regulationsfor national animal health reserve drugs

Pursuant to the Law on Construction number 50/2014/QH13 amended and supplemented by Law number 03/2016/QH14, Law number 35/2018/QH14, Law number 40/2019/QH14 and Law number 62/2020/QH14;
Pursuant to the Law on National Reserves No. 22/2012/QH13 dated November 20, 2012;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 94/2013/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2013 detailing the implementation of the Law on National Reserves;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the request of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Circular No. 8406/BNN-TY dated October 13, 2015 regarding the issuance of National Technical Regulations for national animal health reserve drugs;
At the request of the Director General of the State Reserve Administration,
The Minister of Finance issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations for national animal health reserve drugs.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the National Technical Regulations for national animal health reserve drugs.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 20, 2017.
Article 3. Relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in managing, importing, exporting, and storing national animal health reserve drugs shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Finance for study, amendment, and supplementation.
