CHAIRMAN OF THE NATIONAL STEERING COMMITTEE FOR POWER DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 14, 2004;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2449/QD-TTg dated December 26, 2011 of the Prime Minister establishing the National Steering Committee for Power Development Planning;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1208/QD-TTg dated July 21, 2011 of the Prime Minister approving the National Power Development Plan for the period 2011-2020, with consideration up to 2030;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Regulation on the Operation of the National Steering Committee for Power Development Planning.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central government agencies; Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; members of the National Steering Committee for Power Development Planning and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
