Regarding the allocation of additional personnel quotas for overseas work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/ND-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 196/2007/QD-TTg dated December 28, 2007 of the Prime Minister approving the restructuring plan for the organization and staffing of Vietnamese representative offices abroad towards efficiency and reduction;

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Circular No. 69/BNG-TCCB-m dated January 14, 2010 regarding the approval of staffing for the Vietnam Embassies in Norway, Slovakia, and Greece;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Organization and Staffing Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Allocate an additional 15 personnel quotas for overseas work in 2010 for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including:

1. The Embassy of Vietnam in Norway: 5 personnel quotas;

2. The Embassy of Vietnam in Slovakia: 5 personnel quotas;

3. The Embassy of Vietnam in Greece: 5 personnel quotas.

Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall select qualified officials and civil servants to work at the aforementioned agencies.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs is responsible for implementing this Decision.
