REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE BRANCH OF THE REINSURANCE COMPANY IN HO CHI MINH CITY
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
On the basis of Decision No. 1312 TC/QĐ/TCCB dated December 30, 1994 of the Minister of Finance regarding the establishment of the Branch of the National Reinsurance Company of Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City;
Considering the work requirements and the capabilities of the staff;
At the proposal of the Director of the National Reinsurance Company of Vietnam, the Head of the Personnel and Training Department;

Article 1: Appoint Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh to the position of Deputy Director in charge of the Branch of the National Reinsurance Company of Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City.
