PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the State Enterprise Law on November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decision No. 38/2007/QD-TTg dated March 20, 2007 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises with 100% state capital;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Construction,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the restructuring and modernization plan for state-owned enterprises directly under the Ministry of Construction with 100% state capital for the period 2007-2010 as attached in the appendix.
Article 2.
1. The Minister of Construction shall be responsible for:
a) Directing the implementation of the restructuring and modernization of state-owned enterprises directly under the Ministry according to the approved content;
b) Proactively implementing various forms of restructuring for the enterprises listed in Section IV of the attached appendix and those in the list for equitization but which cannot be equitized.
2. The Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and related agencies shall be responsible for coordinating with the Ministry of Construction in the implementation of this Decision.
3. The Steering Committee for Enterprise Modernization and Development shall be responsible for directing, urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
The Minister of Construction and heads of related agencies shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
