of the Vietnam Coal Corporation to the management of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's opinion in Circular No. 14/CP-ĐMDN dated February 2, 2000, and the conclusions at the meeting to implement between relevant ministries, sectors, and localities (Announced in Notification No. 04/TB-VP dated March 29, 2000 of the Ministry of Industry);
Based on the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Coal Corporation (memorandum No. 387CV/HĐQT dated November 17, 1999) and the Director of the Personnel and Cadres Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Cẩm Phả Coal Medical Center, which is a unit under the Vietnam Coal Industry Labor Health Center of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, shall be transferred in its current state to the management of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province.
Article 2. THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKING WITH THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NINH PROVINCE TO DIRECT THE TRANSFER IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT NATIONAL REGULATIONS.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from May 1, 2000. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus, the Chairman of the Board of Management, and the General Director of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, the Director of the Vietnam Coal Industry Labor Health Center, and the Director of the Cẩm Phả Coal Medical Center are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
