DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Regarding the supplementation of tasks for the Printing Model and Advertising Company
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Decision No. 298/QĐ dated March 25, 1993 of the Minister of Culture and Information on the establishment of the Printing Model and Advertising Company,
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Organization Department, the Director of the Publishing Bureau, and the General Director of the Printing Model and Advertising Company,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Printing Model and Advertising Company shall be supplemented with the task of engaging in the import and export of printing machinery, equipment, materials, models, and advertising.
Article 2. The General Director of the Printing Model and Advertising Company must complete the necessary legal procedures as prescribed by law.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Organization Department, the Director of the Finance and Accounting Department, the Director of the Planning Department, the Director of the Publishing Bureau, and the General Director of the Printing Model and Advertising Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
