Regarding the promulgation of the Resolution of the National Assembly

On the basis of Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992;

Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly;

Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

NOW PROMULGATES:

Resolution No. 48/2001/QH10 approving the "Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the United States of America on Trade Relations," adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, tenth session, tenth term, on November 28, 2001.
