DECREE
Regarding the adjustment of the administrative boundaries of Tuy Hoa city to establish Phu Hoa district and Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province
Upon consideration of the proposal by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
It is hereby decided to adjust the administrative boundaries of Tuy Hoa city to establish Phu Hoa district and Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province.
DECREE:
Article 1. Phu Hoa district shall be established based on 26,324 hectares of natural area and 98,044 population from Tuy Hoa city.
Phu Hoa district has seven subordinate administrative units, namely the communes: Hoa An, Hoa Thang, Hoa Dinh Dong, Hoa Dinh Tay, Hoa Tri, Hoa Quang, and Hoa Hoi.
The administrative boundary of Phu Hoa district: East borders Tuy Hoa city; West borders Son Hoa district; South borders Tuy Hoa district; North borders Tuy Hoa city and Tuy An district.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Phu Hoa district, Tuy Hoa city retains 6,436 hectares of natural area and 96,904 population, comprising eleven subordinate administrative units, namely the wards: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and three communes: Binh Ngoc, Binh Kien, and Hoa Kien.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province, the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province, the Minister, the Director of the Organization-Cadres Agency under the Government, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
