DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Regarding the establishment of the Investment Consulting and Industrial Technical Service Company under the General Corporation of Machinery and Industrial Equipment

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises, and Decree No. 38/CP dated April 28, 1997 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 50/CP;

Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the General Corporation of Machinery and Industrial Equipment (Proposal No. 539/CV-HĐQT dated October 12, 2001);

At the recommendation of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department;

DECISION: 

Article 1. The Investment Consulting and Industrial Technical Service Company under the General Corporation of Machinery and Industrial Equipment is hereby established.

The Investment Consulting and Industrial Technical Service Company is a dependent accounting unit of the General Corporation of Machinery and Industrial Equipment, having partial legal personality, its own seal, and a bank account for transactions, operating according to the classification and other legal regulations.

International trade name: Investment Consultant and Technical Industrial Service Company, abbreviated as ISC

Main office located at: No. 2 Trieu Quoc Dat Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City.

Article 2. Business activities of the Company:

- Providing investment consulting services, industrial services, and technology transfer.

- Performing other tasks authorized by the General Corporation.

Article 3. Registered capital of the Company: 1,000,000,000 VND (One billion VND).

Article 4. The Investment Consulting and Industrial Technical Service Company shall be responsible for completing all business registration procedures and operating in accordance with the Charter of the Company approved by the Board of Directors of the General Corporation of Machinery and Industrial Equipment and other legal regulations.

Article 5. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents inconsistent with this Decision are hereby abolished. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Director of the General Corporation of Machinery and Industrial Equipment, and the Director of the Investment Consulting and Industrial Technical Service Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
