DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SURVEY AND DESIGN MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT UNDER THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
At the proposal of the Minister of Construction and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government;
DECISION:
Article 1. The Survey and Design Management Department under the Ministry of Construction shall be established based on the Office of Technical Review to assist the Minister of Construction in performing state management functions related to consultancy, survey, design, construction, technical design review, and total project cost estimation for construction works.
Article 2. The Minister of Construction shall specify in detail the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Survey and Design Management Department.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Minister of Construction, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, central-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
