Regarding the issuance of water level and river water temperature monitoring regulations

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Pursuant to Decree No. 141/HĐBT dated August 24, 1982 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) promulgating the Standardization Work Regulations;

Pursuant to the Minutes of September 3, 2003 of the Review Board on the compilation results of the Industry Standard "Water Level and River Water Temperature Monitoring Regulations"

At the proposal of the Director of the Meteorology and Hydrology Department, the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the Industry Standard: 94 TCN 1-2003 "Water Level and River Water Temperature Monitoring Regulations".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2004.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of the Meteorology and Hydrology Department, the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
