Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction.
Based on the minutes of meeting No. 123/BXD-KHCN dated September 17, 2002 of the Scientific and Technological Council for the acceptance of the standard "Soil for Construction - Radioactive Method to Determine Moisture Content and Density of Soil at Site".
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Institute of Science and Technology for Construction.
DECISION:
Article 1 Issued together with this Decision is one Vietnamese Construction Standard TCXD VN 301: 2003 "Soil for Construction - Radioactive Method to Determine Moisture Content and Density of Soil at Site".
Article 2 This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3 The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the President of the Institute of Construction Science and Technology, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
