Regarding the Issuance of Thousand Standardsh

MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The following four industry standards are hereby issued pursuant to this decision:
1. 28TCN 204: 2004: Freshwater fish - Parent fish of species: Snakehead, Snakehead flower, Redbelly tilapia, and Striped snakehead - Technical requirements.
2. 28TCN 205: 2004: Freshwater fish - Fry of species: Snakehead, Snakehead flower, Redbelly tilapia, and Striped snakehead - Technical requirements.
3. 28TCN 206: 2004: Freshwater fish - Broodstock of species: Snakehead, Snakehead flower, Redbelly tilapia, and Striped snakehead - Technical requirements.
4. 28TCN 207: 2004: Freshwater fish - Seedlings of species: Snakehead, Snakehead flower, Redbelly tilapia, and Striped snakehead - Technical requirements.
Article 2. The above standards shall be mandatorily applied to all breeding and trading establishments for aquatic products throughout the country and shall take effect fifteen days after their publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office; Heads of Departments, Inspectorate, and Units under the Ministry; Directors of Fisheries Departments and Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for fisheries management; breeding and trading establishments for aquatic products mentioned in Article 2 and other related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
