PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NINH THUAN
BASED ON THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE PEOPLE'S COUNCILS AND PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES;
BASED ON THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING ON 30-12-2002 OF THE PARTY FUNCTIONAL BODY OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION DEPARTMENT OF THE PROVINCE AND THE UNIFIED OPINION OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
DECISION:
Article 1. MERGE THE NINH THUAN PROVINCE FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND COMPUTER CENTER INTO THE NINH THUAN PROVINCE CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTER UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
NAME OF THE AGENCY AFTER THE MERGER: THE NINH THUAN PROVINCE CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTER UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE CENTER).
THE CENTER IS AN INFORMAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION WITHIN THE NATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM. THE CENTER HAS LEGAL PERSONHOOD, ITS OWN SEAL, AND IS PERMITTED TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS.
THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE CENTER IS LOCATED IN PHAN RANG - THAP CHAM CITY, NINH THUAN PROVINCE.
Article 2. THE TASKS, POWERS, ORGANIZATION, AND OPERATIONS OF THE NINH THUAN PROVINCE CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTER SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTER ISSUED ACCOMPANYING DECISION NUMBER 43/2000/QĐ-BGD&ĐT, SEPTEMBER 25, 2000, OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND THE TASKS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND COMPUTER TRAINING AND ENRICHMENT.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
2.1. LEADING AND COOPERATING WITH RELATED AGENCIES TO ENSURE THE MERGER IS CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS.
2.2. GUIDING THE NINH THUAN PROVINCE CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTER TO OPERATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 2 ABOVE AND CURRENT LAWS.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
THE HEAD OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION DEPARTMENT OF THE PROVINCE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND PRICES, THE HEADS OF RELATED AGENCIES, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE NINH THUAN PROVINCE CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
