MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Regarding the issuance of the List of Forestry Tree Varieties that must apply industry standards.

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division.
Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 24, 1999 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Plant Variety Ordinance No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
At the proposal of the Director of the Forest Management Department and the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the "List of Forestry Tree Varieties that must apply industry standards."
Article 2. During each period, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will adjust and supplement the List of Forestry Tree Varieties that must apply industry standards to enhance management and meet production and business needs.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Forest Department, the Heads of the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
