DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Issuing Technical Regulations for the Creation of Topographic Maps at Scales of 1:2000 and 1:5000 Using Digital Image Technology at scales of 1:10000, 1:25000, and 1:50000 using digital image technology
MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director of the National Mapping Agency and the Head of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision are Technical Regulations for the establishment of topographic maps at scales of 1:10000, 1:25000, and 1:50000 using digital image technology.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
