Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 279/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulation on the development and implementation of the national trade promotion program for the period 2006-2010;

Article 1. Approves the national trade promotion program for 2006 and the leading unit responsible for its implementation according to the List attached hereto as Appendix to this Decision.
Article 2. The leading unit of the program shall be responsible for implementing approved projects in accordance with the objectives, contents, schedules, ensuring effectiveness, and creating conditions for businesses of all economic sectors to participate in approved projects and mobilizing business contributions in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3. The leading unit of the program shall be responsible for implementing the reporting and settlement system for the implementation of the program in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the development and implementation of the national trade promotion program for the period 2006-2010 issued together with Decision No. 279/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister.
Article 4This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 5. Relevant ministries and heads of units leading the national trade promotion program for the period 2006-2010 are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
