THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
On the basis of the Fisheries Law 2003;
The Animal Health Ordinance 2004; The Livestock Breeding Seed Ordinance 2004; The Crop Seed Ordinance 2004;
On the basis of Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
On the basis of Decree No. 15/CP dated March 19, 1996 of the Government on the management of animal feed;
On the basis of Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
On the basis of Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated February 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding international trade activities and foreign agency purchase, sale, processing, and transshipment of goods;
At the proposal of the Director of the Quality Control, Food Safety, and Animal Health Department for Aquatic Products,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the "Regulation on Management of Import and Export of Specialized Aquatic Products".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 344/2001/QĐ-BTS dated May 2, 2001 of the Minister of Aquatic Resources on the management of import and export of specialized aquatic products during the period 2001-2005 and all Decisions of the Minister of Aquatic Resources amending, supplementing, and extending Decision No. 344/2001/QĐ-BTS. All previous regulations contrary to this Regulation are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office; the Inspector General of the Ministry; Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry; Directors of Provincial Fisheries Services and Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for fisheries management; organizations and individuals engaged in the import and export of specialized aquatic products are responsible for implementing this Decision.
