DECISION
Issuing the Regulation on Organization and Operation
of Tuy Hoa College of Industry

MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Decision No. 56/2003/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 10, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Charter of Colleges;
Considering the proposal of the Rector of Tuy Hoa College of Industry at the Report No. 21/TTr-CĐCN-TCHC dated January 26, 2007;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached herewith is the Regulation on organization and operation of Tuy Hoa College of Industry.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Bureaus, heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Rector of Tuy Hoa College of Industry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
