DECISION

ON THE ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY MARKETS AND EQUIPMENT

MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology; and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;

Pursuant to Decree No. 159/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2004 of the Government on science and technology information work;

Pursuant to Decision No. 214/2005/QĐ-TTg dated August 30, 2005 of the Prime Minister approving the Project for Developing Science and Technology Markets;

At the proposal of the Directors of the National Center for Science and Technology Information, the Heads of the Legal Department, the Planning and Finance Department, and the Office Director,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To adopt with this Decision the "Regulations on Science and Technology Markets and Equipment".

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Legal Department, the Planning and Finance Department, the National Center for Science and Technology Information, the Office Director, the Heads of agencies, organizations, units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision.
