Pursuant to the Enterprise Law No. 60/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Securities Law No. 70/2006/QH11 dated June 29, 2006 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Article 1. The Model Charter applicable to listed companies on the Stock Exchange/Securities Trading Center is hereby attached to this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Finance, listed companies, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
