DECISION
REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF TCXDVN 394:2007 "ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT DESIGN AND INSTALLATION IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS - ELECTRICAL SAFETY"
MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Considering the proposal by the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To adopt with this Decision one Vietnamese Construction Standard:
TCXDVN 394:2007 "Design and Installation of Electrical Equipment in Construction Projects - Electrical Safety".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Science and Technology Department, and Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
