BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP, JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT; GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2009 AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF FOREST PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS", INCLUDING: 04 NATIONAL VARIETIES AND 19 ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY VARIETIES (ANNEX ATTACHED).

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FORTY-FIVE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE FORESTRY COUNCIL, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS AND ORGANIZATIONS RELATED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
