CIRCULAR

ISSUING REGULATIONS ON INFORMATION FOR FISHING VESSELS OPERATING AT SEA

WHEREAS, Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008;

WHEREAS, Decision No. 137/2007/QĐ-TTg dated August 21, 2007 of the Prime Minister approves the "Project on organizing information services for disaster prevention and control at sea";

WHEREAS, Decision No. 133/2009/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2009 of the Prime Minister issues the "Regulations on information and warning of natural disasters at sea";

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE "REGULATIONS ON INFORMATION FOR FISHING VESSELS OPERATING AT SEA".

Article 1. THESE REGULATIONS ARE ANNEXED TO THIS CIRCULAR "REGULATIONS ON INFORMATION FOR FISHING VESSELS OPERATING AT SEA"

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FISHERIES, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, THE PROVINCE DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTRALLY-GOVERNED CITIES AND PROVINCES, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO FISHING VESSELS OPERATING AT SEA SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
