THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE "REGULATIONS ON INFORMATION FOR FISHING VESSELS OPERATING AT SEA".
Article 1. THESE REGULATIONS ARE ANNEXED TO THIS CIRCULAR "REGULATIONS ON INFORMATION FOR FISHING VESSELS OPERATING AT SEA"
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FISHERIES, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, THE PROVINCE DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTRALLY-GOVERNED CITIES AND PROVINCES, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO FISHING VESSELS OPERATING AT SEA SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
