CIRCULAR

Issuing the Supplementary List of Veterinary Drugs, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;

Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the Supplementary List of Veterinary Drugs, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam.

Article 1. The Supplementary List of Veterinary Drugs, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam is attached hereto.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
