Issuing National Technical Regulations
Construction works using energy efficiently
Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2013/NĐ-CP dated June 25, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department,
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THE CIRCULAR ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS "BUILDINGS USING ENERGY EFFICIENTLY", CODE QCVN 09:2013/BXD.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS "BUILDINGS USING ENERGY EFFICIENTLY", CODE QCVN 09:2013/BXD. construction works using energy efficiently", code number QCVN 09:2013/MOC.
Article 2. Circular THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM ngày 22 tháng 9 năm 2016. Mức thu vé lượt áp dụng kể từ ngày 22 tháng 9 năm 2016. Mức thu vé tháng, vé quý áp dụng kể NOVEMBER 15, 2013 AND REPLACE DECISION NUMBER 40/2005/TT-BXD DATED NOVEMBER 17, 2005 ON THE ISSUE OF QCXDVN 09:2005 "VIETNAMESE CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS - BUILDINGS WITH ENERGY EFFICIENCY".
Article 3. AND MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED THERETO SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./. The Chair of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
