CIRCULAR
ABOLISHING CERTAIN LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF THE MINISTER

BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS NO. 17/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 76/2013/NĐ-CP dated July 16, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON bABOLISHING CERTAIN LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM.
Article 1. Abolish the following legal regulatory documents:
1. DECISION NO. 01/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated January 18, 2008 on the issuance of the OPERATING REGULATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM.
2. DECISION NO. 18/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated March 11, 2008 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Personnel Organization Department.
3. DECISION NO. 24/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated March 31, 2008 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Planning and Finance Department.
4. DECISION NO. 81/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated September 15, 2008 on the issuance of the RECORD MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 1, 2015.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DEPARTMENT HEADS OF THE PERSONNEL ORGANIZATION DEPARTMENT, THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, AND THE UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY, AND RELATED AUTHORITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
