Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2013/NĐ-CP dated June 25, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 1, 2007 DETAILING IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS; CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DEPARTMENT HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT,
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ENACT THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON "BUILDING MATERIAL PRODUCTS AND GOODS", CODE QCVN 16:2014/BXD.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON "BUILDING MATERIAL PRODUCTS AND GOODS", CODE QCVN 16:2014/BXD
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM OCTOBER 15, 2014 AND REPLACE THE CIRCULAR NO. 11/2011/TT-BXD OF AUGUST 30, 2011 ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION ON THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON BUILDING MATERIAL PRODUCTS AND GOODS.
Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES AND AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, CHAIRS OF PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
