Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012, of the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the National Technical Regulations on types of detonators.
Article 1. The Technical Regulations on types of detonators accompanying this Circular are as follows:
1. National Technical Regulation on electric detonators.
Code: QCVN 02 : 2015/BCT.
2. National Technical Regulation on Detonator Type 8.
Code: QCVN 03 : 2015/BCT.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from December 22, 2015.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
1. Organizations and individuals related to this matter shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
2. In case of difficulties or obstacles, organizations and individuals shall promptly reflect them to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for consideration and resolution./.
