Issuing the List of Toponyms, Topographic, Hydrographic, and Socio-Economic Names for the Purpose of Establishing Maps of Tay Ninh Province

to serve the work of establishing the provincial map of Binh Phuoc

BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 45/2015/NĐ-CP OF MAY 6, 2015 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON SURVEYING AND MAPPING ACTIVITIESJune 2024;YEAR 2015"b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."OF THE GOVERNMENT ON SURVEYING AND MAPPING ACTIVITIES;

Pursuant to DecreeNo. concerning the functions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;June 2024;The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates this Circular on technical regulations for assessing solid mineral resource potential on land in basic geological surveys for minerals."b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."PURSUANT TO THE DECREES OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTngenvironment;

AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF VIETNAM SURVEYING AND MAPPING AGENCY AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environmentnghereby promulgates the List of place names of residential areas, topography, hydrology, and socio-economic conditions serving the work of establishing the provincial map of Binh Phuoc.

Article 1. The List of place names of residential areas, topography, hydrology, and socio-economic conditions serving the work of establishing the provincial map of Binh Phuoc is promulgated along with this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 1, 2016.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
